Our Wi-Fi Services start with our network of Partners, who perform the actual field engineering and support for our customers’ Wi-Fi networks, all centrally managed from Anacapa’s HQ in Dublin.

We offer both Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for all our Wi-Fi partners, this can include a 24/7 Hotline for end users and a Customer Service Helpdesk to support the venue owners/operators.

We can support your existing Wi-Fi system or you can avail of our own. Anacapa’s dynamic self-scaling Customer Free Wi-Fi solution is optimized to support any type of location, anywhere in the world. Our on-site Wi-Fi hardware accommodates any number of simultaneous users, and our cloud-based back-end servers can handle the highest volume of traffic – all managed through our Maestro Portal.

Our Maestro Portal gives you control over the “look and feel” of your Wi-Fi. The Welcome Page that greets customers when they sign on can be 100% personalised to reflect your brand or personality, and you can even choose the Network Name (SSID) that is broadcast, so that everyone knows who is offering the free Wi-Fi service.

Anacapa’s Wi-Fi system can work as a consumer direct marketing platform that works over the Wi-Fi.
